Refund policy

ProtoMed operates on a service-based model. Our work is customized to each client’s needs and is typically billed monthly based on service scope.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our services (labor, time, compliance-related processing), all payments made for completed or active billing cycles are non-refundable.

2. Billing Disputes

If you believe you’ve been billed in error, contact us at billing@protomed.co within 15 days of the invoice date. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel services with a 30-day written notice, as outlined in your service agreement. Any services rendered during the notice period are billable.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances, solely at ProtoMed’s discretion. In case of any questions, queries, or doubts, please reach out to our team.
